Thank you for visiting, and welcome to the Fallout: New Vegas Tips How to Get Unlimited XP Guide!

Setup

Head out to visit the X-13 research center in Old World Blues. This is the most remote location to the west on the map. Here you can do stealth tests to improve your Stealth Suit Mk II. To be able to exploit the exploit, you must have completed at least one test.

Execution

You can select between easy or advanced tests once you are inside the X-13 test room. The expert test has mines that will slow you down (and will not give you XP to take them down) and the Robot Compliance test won’t give you as much XP as rest.

To get XP remove all three Robobrains that patrol the halls, each will give 10xp. To disable robots you need to get in front of them and interact with them, if you’re quick enough, you can do this in front of them before they’re able to react. You can earn 100xp by getting the file from the safe, which will get you to 130xp per run. Once you know what you need to do, each run takes less than one minute. You can even get shorter runs using stealth boys.

While the game won’t prevent you from completing the tests, it will grant you progressively less rewarding rewards. Other locations on the map include the mine to North West with respawning enemies and the Robo-Scorpions, which are just before the zone that is forbidden to those who still haven’t completed Mobius. This method is my favorite because it is safe and doesn’t require you to speed travel or reload the map. If you do this, the game might fail.
