Terraria How to Make a Complete Teleporter Guide

Step 1. Supplies

 
First step is to get the supplies that you need. If you don’t know where to go the information will be by the item. 
 
1st Supply “Red Wire” 
You can buy this from the mechanic. 
TIP 
You can find her in the dungeon after beating Skeletron. 
 
 
2nd Supply “Red Wrench” 
You can buy this from the mechanic. 
TIP 
You can find her in the dungeon after beating Skeletron. 
 
 
3rd Supply “Wire Cutter” 
You can buy this from the mechanic. This is to remove wires if you make any mistakes. 
TIP 
You can find her in the dungeon after beating Skeletron. 
 
 
4th Supply “Switch” 
You can buy this from the mechanic. 
TIP 
You can find her in the dungeon after beating Skeletron. 
 
 
5th Supply 2x “Teleporter” 
You can get this from the Steampunker. 
TIP 
How to get: Steampunker will appear once you’ve defeated Skeletron Prime, The Destroyer, or The Twins 
 
 
6th Supply “Wood” 
Chop down trees with your ax. 
 
 
 

Step 2. Build Teleporter

 
1st Step 
Place the Teleporter in the desired location. 
 
2nd Step 
Place the other Teleporter in the desired location that you would like to teleport to. 
 
3rd Step 
Get the “Red Wrench” 
 
4th Step 
Take the “Wood” and make a pole on the right or left of the Teleporter. 
 
5th Step 
Place the “Switch” on the side of the pole that is facing towards the Teleporter. 
 
6th Step 
Now that you have the Red Wrench out start to place the “Wire”. The first place to put it is right past the switch. Then place the wire on the right or left and place it all the way down until you have it on the middle of the teleporter (it looks like a clock). 
 
7th Step 
Place the wire all the way to the other teleporter and put the wire in the same spot that you did on the last step. 
 
8th Step 
Test out the teleporter! 
 
 

Step 3. Teleport

 
1st Step 
Stand on the teleporter. 
 
2nd Step 
If you are playing on PC, put your computer’s mouse on the switch and click the right button on the mouse. 
 
3rd Step 
You should now be at the other teleporter’s location. 
 
4th Step
