Here is a quick way to get Mickey or Mallory.

Step 1: Make Difficulty Easy

Main Menu – Options – Difficulty 1 (easy).

Step 2: Start Gauntlet Mode

Main Menu – Start – Single Player – Challenges

Step 3 – Play until You Reach Level “Have a Blast”, Level 4 –

WARNING: Do NOT let time run out! Also, save as soon you load the level.

Step 4 – Get Molotovs!

Throw molotovs towards the crowd until the timer is down to five to ten seconds. Once this happens, QUICKLY press the suicide key (K by default) to die, then press the rejuvenate key (Space by default) to restart the level. Save the game once you have logged back in.

Step 5 – Repeat Step 4 until you unlock the achievement

In 30 seconds, you can score around 300 kills. This will take you 15-20 minutes if your goal is to kill 10,000 people.
