Here is a simple way to quickly achieve the Bulletstorm achievement.
 

Introduction

This method works best when combined with afk-farming!
 
 
 

Step 1: Make Difficulty Easy

Main Menu – Options- Difficulty: 1 (easy).
 

 
 
 

Step 2: Start Gauntlet Mode

Main Menu – Start – Single Player – Challenges
 
 

 
 
 

Step 3 – Play until you reach level 20 (Home Cookin').

 
WARNING! This level should not be completed at any time. You will have to start again. At all times, leave at least 10 people.
 
 

 
 
 

Step 4: Move to the top-left of the map

The first pile of shotgunshells will be found here (next to my crosshair). You can now choose the third weapon (automatic gun) and fire non-stop while hovering just above the ammo collection (you will need the ammo collector to be secured against a wall, car, or rock). If you want it to stop bouncing around, you should use the automatic shotgun. Continue shooting until the ammo pickup is completely empty.
 
 

 
 
 

Step 5 – Continue to the other three corners

Continue with step 4 for the remaining ma*sive ammunition pickups (closer to my crosshair in each screen shot). After you've completed the four, you should have about 25,000 shots. Each run takes around eight to ten minutes. That's roughly 320 to 400 minutes of grinding if you don't have much progress. It is highly recommended to combine this with afk agriculture.
 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 
 

Step 6: Pressing the suicide key (Default Key is K)

Step 7: Rejuvenate. The default key is Space. Save the game.

Once you've come back to your life, save your progress in at least one slot. Rejuvenating allows you to continue grinding at this level as long or as you wish. If you finish the level, then try to go back and use your save to continue grinding in the same manner, your progress won't increase as the level will be marked "cleared". A level cannot be marked cleared if you are dying. This allows for rapid progress towards Bulletstorm. That's the whole idea of the method!
 
 

 
 
 

Step 8: Quit the game to allow Steam save files to sync

You don't need to grind for an hour, only for the game to crash and wipe out your progress.
 
 
 

Step 9: Start the game over again and increase the difficulty.

Final Step: Load any saved files and then repeat steps 4-9
