Attributes, Specialisations, Skills, Weapon Proficiencies I found perusing the programming code.
Introduction
Although the ‘Vampire’ Reconnaissance and Sabotage Squad was initially sent to the planet together, Hartman will not be able to rely on the help of his colleagues this time around. But that doesn’t mean that he can’t gain the help of experienced fighters!
With your leadership skills, you can muster a ‘ragtag’ squad of good fighters, that would follow you to the depths of hell itself.
At first, we suggest you look for fighters that have some previous military experience, that way you can be sure they’ll have a good skill set. Of course, they won’t just help you for ‘free’. But for a cost, or sometimes at a large cost, those who would crush the bones of your enemies can always be found.
White, yellow, black.. selfish and vain.. or brazen and strong? Only utilising your knowledge and experience as a seasoned squad leader will you be able to put together the right kind of team.

He was a gladiator (participating in ‘no-rules’ underground arena fighting), a reigning champion. During one of the tournaments, the premises of the event was raided by the imperial police. But Attila, in a narcotic trance couldn’t be stopped, and with his fists flying beat several police officers to death.
Lawyers miraculously saved him from the death penalty, allegedly blaming the drugs. Eventually, Atilla was exiled to Planet Alcatraz. He started a new career on the planet at the fight club of Tyson. Quite quickly becoming the champion, even defeating Tyson himself. As a promising fighter, he was soon approached with an offer to join a mercenary guild. Since new challengers for the champion dried up after he had ‘defeated’ all the strongest opponents, Attila now looking for a new source of money, agreed to Ron’s offer.
Now Atilla mainly offers his services in intimidation, since many remember of him from when he was the champion and don’t want to be on the receiving end of his fists. Straightforward, unrestrained, and loves violence. Respects only the strong. Often uses a non-english dialect. Of weapons, he especially likes shotguns and machine guns.

Before his incarceration he was a guard for an influential man. After a quarrel in regards to payment he beat the client badly. The client fabricated a criminal case of multiple murders and framed Fors for it. Fors’s verdict, life imprisonment on Planet Alcatraz. Very confident, calm, well grounded (due to strong self-confidence), proud, but a little arrogant.

An outlaw from the planet Clotho. He snitched on his accomplices. All of them were shot (they acted very harshly during uprisings and thus incurred the wrath of the imperial troopers) and he was given a softer penalty, a condemnation to Planet Alcatraz. Cowardly, overreactor, and an alarmist. Always complaining about his fate, he tries to maintain a ‘level of comfort’, without regard to loyalty or honour. He handles shotguns and assault rifles well.

A former Yakuza soldier. He arrived on Planet Alcatraz in an unconventional way. Illegally, being tasked to kill a traitor. After completing this assignment, he wasn’t picked up from the planet, due to the destruction in orbit of the transport ship that was sent for him. A true samurai. He despises life as much as death. Writes poems. Masterfully proficient in all types of bladed weapons.
He is true ‘Samurai’.. Somewhat detached, the has the ability to suppress feelings for the sake of business. Clinical, reliable. A Doomsayer believing in predefined destinies, as well as in the power of melee and throwing weapons, of which he handles exquisitely.

Has a rank of Unterscharfuehrer in the Aryan military, of course, he’s also of Aryan birth. Graduated from the Imperial Mars Communications & Electronics Academy. He trained as an engineer in the maintenance and repair of the walker assemblies of battle mech robots while being deployed on Tsugundar-41. The planet that is split down the middle signifying Imperial and Reich borders. Then he was caught attempting to cross the border on a stolen robot that had been re-designated to border security and was incarcerated.
Technically minded, but unprincipled. He is proficient with all firearms, versatile. A true Aryan, by conviction. But without racial intolerance, albeit with some disdain for coloured people. Single-minded, cunning. Without high moral standards (he considers moving up the career ladder on the backs of others as normal and natural).

Convicted on charges of killing people. Before his incarceration he worked as a jaeger for a provincial prince of a mountainous region, the personal hunting grounds of his uncle’s cousin. And part-time carrying out delicate tasks, such as the extermination of any opposition. Then he was accused of multiple murders with a ton of incriminating evidence and testimony. Convicted by the regions court and sentenced to imprisonment on Planet Alcatraz.
An excellent marksman, sniper. Unsociable, spends most of his time in the wilderness. A five star rated Ranger.
Always prefers to function independently, finding ways to avoid contact. Even if that means taking a longer, but easier and safer route.

He worked for Blacky for a long time, although he believed that he could do the job of Imperial Spy himself. Now he’s gained independence and is trying to make his own decisions. Albeit not going so well. A bit lazy, a proponent of direct and simple methods (overpowering). Excels in the use of shotguns, assault rifles, and throwing weapons.

A multi-talented individual; an evangelist cultist, a doctor, an indoctrinator, and ultimately a sad*st. Twenty one known counts of his patients deaths due to his own fault. The psyche of this pathologist is viciously bad, he’s a good shot and a master of melee weapons. Prone to cruelty and violence. Sent to Planet Alcatraz on charges of paedophilia. Proficient in using shotguns and assault rifles.

Hans

Out of pure luck, the capsule with Hans landed close to Kreuzweiseburg and he was picked up by an Aryan patrol. Strong Hans was first sent to work at the Industrial Zone as a simple loader. Later, when the ‘Full P’ armoured suit was created, Hans was the first to wear it and test it out. Then he trialed other things, becoming the primary tester. While doing that he gained proficiency in using heavy weapons and machine guns. Now out of work due to recent events in the Industrial Zone.
Big and strong, but at the same time a bit timid and melancholic, prone to fatalism. He has little in life, but is lucky. He’s Aryan, but not ideological or fanatical.

Final notes
The mercenaries will only join Hartman on their consent, and most of them will demand a one-time fee. You can enlist the mercenaries at your discretion, and in the games ‘alternative mode’ you can manage their development, increasing certain parameters.
And don’t forget that you can always talk to a mercenary and find out his opinion about the current situation, other members of the squad, as well ask for information about locally available weapons and items.
