HOW TO UNLOCK MADNESS DIFFICULTY

> Play a level in any difficulty (ex: tourist)
 
> Beat the level
 
> Change the difficulty to ‘Tough’
 
> Launch level, and ‘Safe out’ before starting a wave
 
> Enjoy, you have just unlocked ‘Madness’ difficulty 😀
