Introduction
Right now all limited-time item unlocking is controlled by a dev server, at least I think so (in offline mode message for unlocking won’t come up). Chance that devs push update with new event that will unlock all old items pretty slim, but you might miss even this event. Editing save file is the only option, unless devs tie events to your computer time, that way you will 100% won’t miss them and devs won’t forget to give those items to you (they won’t control it, your computer will).

Didn’t mention that you need to remove new item notification (!) or you will get more than 4 instances in search for “A Clean Shave”. Just go to wardrobe and hover above new item with a mouse. You will need to do it every time you buy it.
