Snail time
 

Overview

You will need 5 snail shells to obtain the snail follower shape. Once you have given 5 statues a shell, the last statue will give you the follower form.
 
 

 
 
 

Shells

Shells fall from snails that can be found throughout Anura
 
 

 
They don't seem like they spawn after you get follower form. This is a pity for the purpose of this guide.
 
For the statues you will need five, but they are fairly easy to find. It took me just 2 runs to collect all the shells.

There are five statues total. Shells can be given to them in any order.
