This guide shows you how to unlock each follower skin for the "Full Flock Achievement". This guide will help you to list all the secret followers you can unlock.

This page lists all the different Follower Forms and Skins you can apply to your Cultists. You will also learn how to unlock follower forms.
 
 

 
 
*Please note: This list does not include DLC Exclusive Skins as they are not necessary for the achievement.
 
 
You can buy followers from merchants, find them in chests and complete special missions to unlock them. Some followers can be unlocked by killing minibosses.

Secret Follower Skins

Secret Follower skins cannot be found in biomes but require side tasks to earn them. They can be easy to difficult depending on how you play.
 
 
 
 
The "Rat Follower Skin", which is my first follower skin, will be what I cover.
 
 
The Rat Follower skin is one of the most difficult skins to unlock. After you've entered Darkwood a few more times under the direction of Ratau your mentor, you will be satisfied and will retire to a Lonely Shack to ask you to come visit. Look for piles piled up of firewood near the shack. You can then scavenge the wood to find the Rat Followinger Skin.
 
 

 
 
 
 
The "Fish Followinger Skin" will be my second follower skin.
 
 
After exploring Darkwood a few more times, you will come across a fisherman that will allow you to visit Pilgrim’s pa*sage. Although you can fish the skin here, it is quite random so it may take several tries.
 
 

 
 
 
 
The "Axolotl Follower" Skin is the Third Follower Skin that I will be covering.
 
 
This skin can also found in Pilgrim’s Pathage, in the lighthouse on the left. The Lighthouse Keeper is inside. He'll ask for you to fix the Lighthouse using a variety of lumber and will reward you accordingly. You will be asked to return later by the Lighthouse Keeper for more repairs. He will also ask you for 25 Crystal Shards. These are used to attack the Anchordeep environment.
 
 
You will be awarded the Axolotl Follower Skin if you find enough Crystal Shards for the Lighthouse to be repaired one last time.
 
 

 
 
 
 
The fourth skin I will be covering it is the "Crab Follower Skin."
 
 
To obtain this skin, you will need to go to Anchordeep to meet a man who invites you to Smuggler's Sanctuary. You will find a crab running around the area when you arrive. Catch him to get your skin.
 
 

 
 
 
 
The fifth skin I will be covering it is the "Star Follower Skin."
 
 
The final region of Silk Cradle is where you might stumble upon a signpost that unlocks Midas's Cave. This cave can be visited outside of crusading. This area is full piles of precious metal and gold-melted characters. You can find the Star Follower skin if you look behind the gold piles located in the room where Midas holds the throne.
 
 
 
 
The "Wolf Follower Skin", which is the Sixth Skin, will be my focus.
 
 
The Wolf Follower Skin is only available after completing a long questline. It can be started as soon as Pilgrim's Pa*sage. Look for the green crescent along the pier until you can interact the environment to spot the spooky, wolf-like creature in robes. There are four quests that he will ask you to complete in each of these areas. The crescent symbol that is hidden in each place at night will also help you find him. He will ask you to sacrifice followers and other crazy things, and you must agree to help him in his quest.
 
 

 
 
You will need to get to Midas' Cave and look in the far back for his last hiding spot. He'll then ask for the ultimate sacrifice. You'll receive his last Holy Talisman and the Wolf Follower Skin if you do this.
 
 

 
 
 
 
The Seventh Skin that I will be covering it is the "Poop Follower Skin."
 
 
It is possible to get the skin if you are willing and able to deal with many sick followers as well as lots of cleaning. To win this prize, you'll need to make a certain number of Bowls of Poop. Your followers will be shocked. Once enough has been made, the Poop Follower skin will automatically appear.
 
 

 
 
 
 
The Eighth Skin that I will be covering it is the "Mad Monster Follower Skin."
 
 
This skin is not well-kept. You will need the courage to venture out into the countryside until you find a shop that sells food and a giant snail lady. Rakshasa will get mad if the snail is smacked. You can smack it enough times that the merchant will fight you. You don't have to worry about it, as long as you know how to dodge, the fight will be easy.
 
 

 
 
Rakshasa will concede defeat when you defeat him, but he will still be open to business if your beatings are stopped. He will also give you the Mad Monster Statue. This is a unique decoration you can only create one of.
 
 
You'll be able interact with the Mad Monster Statue by praying to it.
 
 

 
 
 
 
The "Snail Followinger Skin" will be my ninth and final skin.
 
 
This skin is difficult to obtain due to the rarity and difficulty of its quest items. To get this skin, however, you must kill snails in Anura and Darkwood regions. You should be aware that snails are rarely seen and they can still drop their shells even after being killed.
 
 
Once you have five shells, go to the snail shrines. They can be found in all 5 areas where you can travel.
 
 
*I recommend that snails be killed as soon as possible, before they become more common.
