Epilogue

There are no secrets here, complete the game for the first time until you defeat the Mom.

Endings 1-11

▷ Requirement: Defeat Mom once

After defeating Mom for the first time you’ll unlock The Womb chapter, now your goal is to defeat the Mom’s Heart 11 times. In order to not be so repetitive you can make the finals 12,13 and 17 in the middle of the way.

▷ Requirement: A devil room or trapdoor appearing after beating Mom’s Heart

Every time you defeat Mom’s Heart there’s a chance to spawn a devil room, if you have defeated it 11 times a trapdoor or a beam of light will always appear after the battle, enter the trapdoor and defeat the final boss Satan.

▷ Requirement: An angel room or beam of light appearing after beating Mom’s Heart

Every time you defeat Mom’s heart there’s a chance to spawn an angels room, if you have defeated it 11 times a trapdoor or a beam of light will always appear after the battle, enter the beam of light and defeat the final boss Isaac.

▷ Requirement: Defeat Isaac 5 times

After defeating Isaac 5 times you’ll unlock the Polaroid item, it will appear every time you defeat Mom. After collecting it, defeat Isaac and enter the golden chest, now you have unlocked The Chest chapter, go ahead and defeat the boss ???.

▷ Requirement: Defeat Satan 5 times

After defeating Satan 5 times you’ll unlock the Negative item, it will appear every time you defeat Mom. After collecting it, defeat Satan and enter the golden chest, now you have unlocked The Dark Room chapter, go ahead and defeat The Lamb.

▷ Requirements: Defeat ??? or The Lamb once and reach The Dark Room with Key Piece 1 and 2

After defeating ??? or The Lamb for the first time, the angel room holds a surprise. Now every time you blow up an angel statue a boss will appear, being them Uriel and Gabriel. After defeating both you’ll get the items Key Piece 1 and 2, to increase the chances of spawning an angel room collect items that increase the chances of it appearing like the Black Candle, but don’t forget, for an angel room to appear you must not pick up anything from the devil room. After defeating the boss ??? or The Lamb, arrive to The Dark Room or The Chest, use Key Pieces 1 and 2 to open The Golden Gate that appears at the beginning of the chapter and then defeat Mega Satan.

Ending 17

▷ Requirements: Defeat Mom’s Heart 10 times and in one run defeat it in under 30 minutes

In the ending 10 you unlock the character ??? and the Blue Womb chapter, you can reach it only if you defeat the Mom’s Heart in under 30 minutes, after that a big crack on the wall will appear and you can now defeat the boss Hush.

Endings 18-19

These are like side endings, to get the ending 18 you’ve to complete the Greed Mode. Select it on the main menu and survive the hordes, in the end you’ll defeat the boss Ultra Greed.

After defeating it, the Greed Donation Machine will appear, donate all your remaining coins. To get the ending 19 you have to unlock the Greedier Mode, you’ll unlock it after donating 500 coins to the donation machine. That’s the only ending I didn’t get to be honest, you have to play the greed mode several times to be able to gather all the coins. After unlocking the Greedier Mode, select it on the main menu and beat Ultra Greed, he has now another phase called Ultra Greedier.

Ending 20

▷ Requirement: Defeat Hush once

After defeating Hush for the first time a portal will lead you to The Void chapter, after that the portal may appear when you defeat any main boss. In the Void you’ll have to defeat a lot of bosses until you find the room to beat Delirium.

▷ Requirement: Defeat Hush 3 times

This is a tough one, after defeating Hush 3 times you’ll unlock the Downpour and Mines chapters. Downpour will appear after defeating the boss of either the first or second environment, a locked door which requires one key will appear. Complete all the rooms in Downpour II until you find a white fire place and a mirror, then you’ve to touch the white fire and go through the mirror. Your character is a ghost now and if you take one hit you’ll die, be careful and go to the treasure room (find this one before you go through the mirror, it’ll be easier), there you’ll find the Knife Piece 1, go all the way back and go through the mirror again, now you can go ahead and defeat the boss.

After finishing the last boss in Downpour another door will appear and it requires 2 bombs to enter, explode it and go to the Mines. Go ahead until you reach Mines II, now you have to find 3 yellow buttons and walk on each one of them, after that you’ve to find a mine cart and enter in it. Go ahead and find the Knife Piece 2, now Mother’s Shadows will chase you and you have to run, be aware that there’ll be some obstacles.

After defeating the last boss in Mines a door to The Mausoleum will appear, you’ll have to donate 2 hearts to open it. Go ahead until you reach Mausoleum II, defeat the main boss and now a sealed red door will appear and you’ll have to stab it with the knife you’ve got. Finally you’ve unlock The Corpse chapter, keep moving forward until you defeat the last boss in ending 21 which is Mother.

Ending 22

▷ Requirement: Defeat Mother once

Here we are in the end of this journey, to complete the final ending you’ve to reach Depths II (the room where Mom appears) and go through a strange door. First you need to find the card named The Fool, clear all the rooms until you find a skull with a little X mark and explode it, now you must keep it and defeat Mom. After that, you must take the Polaroid or the Negative and use the card, you’ll be teleported to the main room with the strange door, you can go ahead and open it now.

The strange door will lead you to Mausoleum II, but instead of a boss you’ll unlock an ending sequence. Get Dad’s Note and go all the way back to your home, keep going through the levels and enter the beams of light that will appear, you can listen to some of the game’s lore in the way. When you reach the first chapter Basement you’ll go through a last beam of light and unlock Home. Keep moving until you find your mom’s bedroom, there you’ll have a chest and a bed, sleep on the bed and go to the living room, there you’ll find a TV and the final boss sequence will start, fist you’ll have to defeat Dogma.

After defeating Dogma you’ll see a cutscene, and now you’ll confront the final boss The Beast! If you’ve managed to defeat it, congratulations! You’ve just completed the game’s main story, now you can enjoy the final cutscene.

Tip:

When you enter Mom’s bedroom for the first time you’ll obtain the Red Key, after leaving the room use it and you will unlock a secret room, in it a tainted character will be unlocked.
