Lilith with her box of friends becomes a monster during greed mode as the rounds go you can stack many familiars if you never leave the room. 
 
 
 
 

4.5 volt

 
Make sure to pick up the 4.5 volt which changes how active items get energy, in this case you can damage enemies for power. This will allow you to stack alot of familiars against greed as normally his room doesnt give much power. 
 
 
 

Other options

 
* Jumper cables. 
* Charged baby which will give charges randomly. 
 
 
 
Hold R to restart or pray you get one of these. 
 
 

Steps

• Reroll until you get one of the items in the shop above or just pray for one in the run. 
• Grab the free upgrade and start the floor. 
• Remember to pop box of friends and don’t leave the room, has a three charge. 
   
   
• Complete all the waves and buy the item in the store and grab a key for locked door. 
• Repeat on all floors and only buy & hp soul hearts or if you get a familiar in the store. 
   
   
• Destroy greed while popping box of friends by damaging. 
   
   
• Donate coins and hope for no jam.
