Terraria Tips for Defeating the Eye of Cthulhu

Tip 1

 
Tip 1 – The Undertaker 
(You will need a fishing rod) 
If your world is Crimsion, find a fishing spot and fish out a Crimson Crate. 
Once you open the crate, there should be a Undertaker in there. 
 
 

Tip 2

 
Tip 2 – Mace 
(You will need torches) 
First, make sure you have some sort of way underground and you might 
have to do some exploring. You will need to find a gold chest and eventually, 
find a mace inside! 
 
 

Tip 3

 
Tip 3 – Tower 
(You will need lots of wood) 
Build a tall tower with platforms to fight Cthulhu. This can also double up 
as a housing tower for your NPC friends. 
 
 
 

Tip 4

 
Tip 4 – Life Fruits and Crytals 
(You might need some torches again) 
You can find Life Fruits in jungles and Life Crystals in caves. These can 
give you a higher amount of health when battling – don’t smash them though! 
 
 

Tip 5

 
Tip 5 – Friends 
Try and invite some of your friends to your world. The more the people – 
the more easier it is to get the achievement and defeate Cthulhu!

Slime Mount 
(You will need to have beat king slime for this) 
You can use your friendly slime mount to jump on the eye and they will 
take a lot more damage! 
 
-trust me, my friend and I defeated it in less than a minute with this-
