Terraria How to Summon Bosses Guide

Summoning Bosses

 
If you’re new to terraria and don’t know how to summon the bosses, here’s a progression list, I would recommend you do it in this order 
 
King slime: Get 99 gel and make a platinum/gold crown, then craft the slimy crown at a demon/corrupt altar. 
 
Eye of cthulhu: 6 lenses, dropped from demon eye, crafted at corrupt/crimson altar. 
 
Eater of worlds: blow up 3 shadow orbs, there’s a crafting recipe but idk how to make it 
 
Brain of Cthulhu: blow up 3 heart things, there’s a crafting recipe but idk how to make it 
 
Queen bee: in the jungle, you will find bee hives, that release bees when you mine through it. Inside there is a larvae you need to destroy, you can break it with pretty much everything. After you defeat her, you can use I believe the bottles honey on top of other jungle themed items to re-summon her. If you are playing 1.4+, she will enrage if you summon her on surface level. 
 
Skeletron: go to dungeon and curse the old man, or get clothier voodoo doll from dungeon enemies and kill the clothier with it equipped 
 
Wall of Flesh: kill voodoo demons to get voodoo doll, drop in lava. Guide must be alive 
 
Twins: 5 Iron Bars / 5 Lead Bars. 3 Lens. 6 Souls of Light, souls of light found in underground hallow after killing enemies. craft mechanical eye at mythril/orichalcum anvil 
 
Destroyer: Rotten Chunk (6) Any Iron Bar (5) Soul of Night (6).souls of night found in underground crimson/corruption after killing enemies Craft the mechanical worm at mythril/orichalcum anvil 
 
Skeletron Prime: 5 Iron Bars/5 Lead Bars. 3 Souls of Light. 3 Souls of Night. 30 Bones. souls of light found in underground hallow after killing enemies. souls of night found in underground crimson/corruption after killing enemies. Craft the mechanical skull at mythril/orichalcum anvil 
 
Plantera: find pink bulbs in the jungle, destroy them to spawn plantera 
 
Golem: plantera will drop a key, which you can use to access the jungle temple. It’s underground with (nearly) indestructible blocks. You will find lizhard power cells in the chests. Collect those, and explore the jungle temple. You should find a glowing yellow altar, if you tap it with power cells in your inventory, he will summon. 
 
Queen Slime: go to underground hallow, there are gelatin crystals that look like crystal shard but will change color. Mine them, collect it, and consume it in the hallow to summon. 
 
Duke fishron: there are truffle worms in the glowing mushroom biome. Grab them quickly with a bug net. Go fishing with them in your inventory, and he will be summoned. 
 
Lunatic cultist: there will be 4 people standing at the dungeon after defeating golem, you kill them, and then the lunatic cultist spawns. 
 
Pillars: kill the lunatic cultist and they’ll spawn 
 
Moon lord: kill the pillars (first killing the enemies, then the shield will break, then kill the pillars), then he’ll spawn 
 
Empress of light: go to the hallow at night, a rainbow butterfly will spawn, you can either kill it or catch it with a bug net, then release it later and kill it to summon her.
