Military, go with Iosef plan, Don’t remove gendarmie, remove conscription, Invest in conriat and invest in military. Also invest in military industry, go with modernisation, modernise army. I suggest building the Railway too.
 
 
When rumburg shoots plane say that you will prepare sordish war machine.

when war comes have valgsland create a 2nd front, and just follow iosef plan.

As a general rule you don’t need either the constition or the economy to be good since when you win the war you will always get reelected. just increase the budget of the military and pass bills that will make the conservatives angry.
 
 
and treat iosef badly, follow his plans but talk to him disrespectfully. make sure to accept contarian aid
