Even after you've completed all the quests in campaign and freeride extrem, there are still some locked cars. Here's how to unlock these locked cars.
 
 
Normally, unlocking cars is done by progressing in story, completing Lucas Bertone quests and completing Freeride Extreme quests.
 
 
You must complete the story quests and Lucas Bertone quests to unlock story car and Lucas Bertone cars. It's impossible to avoid it.
 
 
There are three easy steps to unlock any other car.
 
 
 

Step 1

 
The first step is optional. This step can be skipped if your campaign is complete.
 
 
As you can see I have a brand new profile.
 
 

 
 

 
 

 
 
The first thing you should do is to start a Freeride.
 
 

 
 
These are the doors you will find.
 
 

 
 
You'll find the action button mark (exclamation in red circle) at the left-hand corner. You can use the doors to make the action button mark disappear.
 
 

 
 
Now, go back to the main menu. You can now unlock the Freeride Extreme, as well all options for regular Freeride.
 
 

 
 

 
 
 

Step 2

Start a Freeride Extreme, and you will be able to go to this house.
 
 

 
 

 
 
Go to the door and press the action button.
 
 

 
 
Back in the main menu, all prototypes and other cars are now available for Freeride.
 
 

 
 

 
 
 

Step 3

Once you've completed the campaign, completed all Lucas Bertone quests, followed the first two parts of this guide, you'll have all the cars unlockable, except one, Caesar 8C 2300 racing.
 
 

 
 
Most people don't know the secret to unlocking this one last racing car. Here's how you do it.
 
 
First, you must start a Freeride Extreme. Next, go to this Hoboken location. Here is where you can find the Race Car Exchange quests. Start it.
 
 

 
 
Caesar 8C 2300 racing is the first racecar. Instead of going to Central Island prison, get in the car and drive to Salieri's bar. Park under the shed, and then interact using these doors. You won't see an action button, but you will act as if one is there.
