Amethsy Moutain 1.Hunting & tracking

1.Tracking and hunting
 
So the first quest is to hunt two elk it can be a calf a cow a spike or a bull but you must track a elk herd first
 
By using scent view which you can access by using the key V you have to follow the scent pores that are purple since I’m making the rest on mobile I have no in-game pics so follow them until the footprints for the elk herd appear then follow the footprints in the right direction following the dots kinda help know which direction your going the dots on the footprints facing backwards is the right direction after you locate them try biting growling or aggressive emotes to make them run once they start running bite several ones until you find the weakest elk if your lucky the first one you bit is weak after biting them hold on but release before they kick you off if your hunting a calf release before there mother kick you off repeat this one more time after you hunt one
 
 
 

Amethsy Moutain 2.finding a mate and traveling to Slough Creek

 
so now that you have competed your first quest you must find a mate to travel to slough creek there are 3 ways to find a mate
 
1.sleep out of a rivals territory there will be a pop up saying there are dispearlal wolves close to you
 
2.howl then follow the wolf howing icon if its white i dont trust the other ones
 
3.check your scent view for male\female dispearal wolves
 
now courting you must use playful and submmissve emotes like rolling over or play bow you can use growling to chase off unwanted ones
 
after a litte courting you unlock 3 emotes
 
1.sinff noses
 
2.lick face
 
3.head rest
 
you can use these 3 emotes to fill up the heart in the screenshot
 
after you fill it up a pop up will apear saying the wolf wants to be your mate
 
if you cilck yes a heart should apear on your wolf badge next to your wolf icon and a blue bar called the affifny bar if its goes down the wolf will reject you unleast you growl 3 times a pop up should apear saying do you wanna reject it? you can cilck yes or no
 
now you must then the bar to probs 100 or somthing by hunting and interacting with each other
 
i recomand hunting a elk then interacting or hunting a mule deer a moose a bison or a other elk or fighting a wolf a bear or a cougar then howilng after wining the fight
 
after you do a pop up should apear“this wolf is impressed by your skills and wants to be your mate” there are 3 options “No” “Yes” “Extend trial”
 
if you choose yes you have to travel to slough creek by following the star like in 2.7 wolfquest
 
after you do go to the slough creek sections
