Uploading Avatars Vs. Favorites

As most of you already know you can favorite avatars you use from other worlds. So why upload avatars you ask? Uploading Avatars is something done through the Unity Software via VRC SDK 2 or 3 depending on the model. When uploading avatars you have a host of options, from changing the clothes of your avatar to the custom animations, poses. These things which hold more significance to some more than others.

You can upload your personal Ready Player Me avatar to VRChat.

with full-body and Cyberpunk avatars, all you need to do is to upload a selfie. A machine learning algorithm will generate a 3D model based on the photo. If you don’t want to upload a photo, you can also skip this step and go directly to the avatar maker.

You can customize every detail of your avatar. Choose a hairstyle, eyebrows, eyes and their colors, clothes, glasses, and much more.
