My simple solution was to reinstall the game! 
 
But for some people just simply restarting helped them if restarting doesn’t work then try the reinstall solution! 
 
-Step 1 : Open steam 
-Step 2 : Right click game -> Manage -> Uninstall 
-Step 3 : Reinstall and the game should stop having the infinite load time
