Fuse Box Locations

When you first come upon the elevator go to the fenced area to the left where you’ll find a wooden beam tilted upward, leaning on the wooden platform above. Once on top of the wooden platform by one of the burnt-out fuses, continue forward through the tunnel.
 
 

 
 
Following the tunnel you will come upon a flooded area of the cave with wooden boards. Across the flooded area is a locked gate that you’ll need a bolt cuter to open. To get the bolt cutter follow the other set of wooden boards across the flooded area to another sections of the mines.
 
 

 
After crossing the second set of wooden boards, go through the cave then to the left to access the first normal fuse box. In the smaller cave section to the left go all the wall to the end where you’ll find a small space you have to crawl through to access the first fixed fuse box. Once you obtain the first fixed fuse head back through the crawl space. To the right of the entrance to the cave section is the second fixed fuse box. Go through the tunnel where you’ll come upon another flooded area leading to the second fuse box along with a supply bin nearby.
 
 

 
Back through the tunnel at the first fixed fuse box there is a third walkway going past the wooden platform holding the first fuse box. Past the third walkway is a corpse along with the bolt cutters needed to open the gate from before.
 
 

 
Once you grab the bolt cutters head back up to open the fence. Through the fence is the final fixed fuse box needed to repair the elevator. Head back to the elevator across the flooded area to fix the burnt-out fuses. The first fuse box is located directly when you exit the previous section of the mines. After replacing the fuse go down the wooden beam to the gated area behind the elevator. The next burnt-out fuse is along the flooded area just in front of the elevator.
 
 

 
Finally, the last fuse box is back to the left when facing the elevator. To the left is another flooded section which leads to the final fuse box needed to fix the elevator.
