Max Payne 3 MOUSE doesnt work fix!

Mouse doesn´t work?

 
Did you just buy Max Payne 3 and the mouse doesn’t work?, No more than you try, doesn’t Max’s camera move? 
 
Do the following: 
Try reinstalling DirectX which is in the MP3_installers folder of the game and do the test, 
 
if that doesn’t work download this file and paste it into the same folder that I mentioned,

it worked perfectly for me and I can play well
