Number 10 – Armored – “Pniaczek”
The Armored might take some more hits to take down than the usual zombies. It’s determination to take out your health bars is bigger than the determination of enemy hunters to run
the gauntlet. In Poland we call him “Pniaczek.” I hate Pniaczek. I burn him whenever I can.
I’ve had several situations where I got hit by the enemy hunter with Sparks and then I died
to Pniaczek because he hit me in the back when I had no stamina to fight back. I placed him on the 10th place because there are far worse animals in this game that we are going to talk about.
Number 9 – Leeches
You’d ask me why would I put Leeches in this guide and not the Meathead? Meathead is not
the biggest threat but his annoying Leeches! They target you when you’re nearby.
When you are shooting with the enemy, you may not forsee the moment they poison you!
When you’re poisoned you don’t have any option to heal and THEN the Meathead aggros on you and pretty much you’re done there!
Number 8 – Immolator
The immolator… One time it’ll aggro from 20 meters and another time it won’t until you are 2 meters away from him. This ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is the reason you choose to go with your knuckle knife or dusters instead of just a knife. Did I mention that enemy hunters can shoot
the immolator while you’re fighting him and burn your 25hp health chunk? Ahh, yes.
Perfect addition to the game!
Number 7 – Hellhound with a Helmet
Hellhounds are annoying in general. They come in groups but you can kill them quickly
and silently with a knife or by shooting them with a silenced Nagant. If you’re at least a bit skilled, you won’t loose any health chunks. The variant with the helmet though! Oh my…
It ricochets your bullets. (only long ammo can headshot them but usually you have to shoot it
two times in the head) You can only kill it with a knife with body hits which makes it easier
for the other Hellhounds to bite you which may result in loosing a health chunk!
Number 6 – Water Devil
You know these times that you have to cross the bridge silently but you know that the enemy sniper is on the other side waiting for you to do that? Then you choose to cross the river
but these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ are waiting there! They apply bleed if you aren’t fast enough to cross it before they bite. The worst thing is that even if you manage to go through without taking any damage, you’d make so much noise by aggroing them that it didn’t really matter because
the sniper already knows your position.
Number 5 – Grunt with a Torch
Do you know what is worse than a grunt with a torch? Grunt dual wielding torches! It doesn’t sound as bad as it is until you’re fighting two trios and you run out of stamina. Then you stumble upon two zombies with torches that can almost instantly set you on fire and you have to run.
If you’re out of cover and they manage to body block you, they willburn your small health chunk before you can get rid of them and stop the fire. Only then you can take cover
with knowledge that you’re dead by a body shot from the long ammo!
Number 4 – ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Crows
Do I really have to say anything about them?
Number 3 – Concertina Camper Armored “Pniaczek” Dimitri
This Armored is diagnosed with a very common mental illness that is “concertina camping.”
He will walk around the clues and compounds and aggro on you if you get too close.
They apply bleeding damage and you won’t be able to take them out without loosing a small health chunk unless you work together with your partner to kill it or burn him.
Just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ burn him. Burn him with the Hellfire Bomb if you have one and listen to him screaming. Thank you!
Number 2 – Grunt with a Cleaver
These piece of ♥♥♥♥♥ are even more frustrating than the variant with torches. They are only lethal when you fight enemy hunters or run out of stamina. I’ve recently fought a trio and had
to heal two small health chunks. The grunt approched me silently and hit me in the back
which resulted in loosing a third small health chunk to bleed! I had to kill him and use two medkits instead! Make sure to break his legs and hands and only after that shoot it with the full magazine of Avtomat!
Number 1 – The Hive – “RKuba’s Grandma”
And the winner is… THE HIVE. This ♥♥♥♥♥ won’t even fight you herself but will send her bee simps instead to make your day a nightmare. The bees poison you and if you get rid of them, she’ll send… ANOTHER! Most of the time you’ll have to shoot her but what if she’s out of your eyesight or aggroed from inside a building?
What if she’s hiding her head and you can’t hit it and you have to shoot her multiple times!
She is a nightmare, a demon… THE MOST ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ANNOYING ANIMAL IN THIS GAME! CONGRATULATIONS!
Honorable Mentions – The Horse
Everyone in this game hates the noise that horses make. They give out your position while you’re working hard to keep it silent. Sadly they don’t do anything else and I think that they’re actually a pretty cool addition to the game. So that’s why the horses aren’t in the official ranking but I’ve had to find a place for them in this guide!
Conclusion
Animals make this game stand out from the others and it needs them. But we hate them for making our PvP gameplay a worse experience!
If I could delete one animal from the game it would totally be the Hive! Thanks for reading!
