If you experience players stuck in the truck floor, being invisible to others and seeing everyone as a Rookie this guide might help you.
Before doing anything make sure you turn off the game before changing these settings or you still gonna need to restart the game to take changes.
Have both of these Windows settings same as your friends (all party member settings should match) or vice versa.

2. Regional Format
You don’t need to change Windows interface language.

P.S. I’ve noticed that many Europeans can play with other Europeans so that’s why it might work without changing any settings however if you wish to play with players from US you’ll have to change for sure
