As the title states, This is an early access bug as of September 14,2022
This bug has also affected me, and I have read that other people are experiencing it too. I tried to help out, but it was too much work for everyone. So I tried 2 things.
The Workaround
1. Ok, cook the other recipe elsa has given you. This is the "Arrandellian pick herring". VIola! You can now catch an (glittering herring when it's pouring, of course!)
2. Even though I have already provided the best solution to this problem, a friend of mine tried Wall E's Realm fridge.

Wei gave cought the glittering herring but it does not let me cook it. So workaround 1 doesn’t apply as already have the herring. I workaround 2 what do you mean by wall es realm fridge? He has 2 storage boxes. Do you mean those? And do what? Put the herring in there and then what? Needs more precise instructions please.
