Introduction
Here’s a guide for playing through Chaos;Head NoAH with the optimal route order and all endings.
The recommended play order is Silent Sky–Crying Sky–Crying Sky–Crying Sky–Daydream–Daydream–Daydream–Daydream–Daydream Daydream–Daydream–Daydream–Moon and Sun
A Bloody Agreement for Your Sins – A Disease that Leads To Slaughter – Deus Ex Machina – Anima Archetype – Blue Sky.
Preface: The Delusion Trigger
You will come in contact with the “Delusion Trigger” system at various points in Chaos;Head NoAH. It allows you to choose whether the protagonist experiences positive, negative, or no delusion.
To lock into positive delusions, click on the green button and press Right Trigger on your controller. Click the red button or push Left Trigger to lock in a negative delusion. Otherwise, you can proceed as normal to remain in reality.
It is recommended to try out different positive, negatively, and neutral options during your first playthrough.
During your first playthrough you are locked into Silent Sky’s ending. Your delusions won’t have any effect on the ending until the second and subsequent playthroughs.
Silent Sky
Chapter One: A At the beginning this chapter, you’ll be presented with a series questions regarding school swimsuits. Answer as many of these questions as possible.
Chapter Two: Takumi will give you a list of questions. Answer as many questions as you want. Your results will appear under the “TIPS” menu.
Chapter Six: A During the scene at O–FRONT, you will receive a series YES/NO questions.
This scene’s terrible ending can be viewed by saving your game. Then, answer NO or NO.
To continue the story, answer YES or YES.
Chapter Ten: This chapter will lead you to the Silent Sky ending.
Crying Sky
After you have reached Silent Sky, the next stop is the Crying Sky ending. To reach this ending you will need to start a brand new game and view at least eleven delusions. To save time, press E to fast-forward through text that you have already read.
To alter the appearance of a particular character, you can make different swimsuit preference choices.
A few new scenes will be added throughout the story. These scenes will see the skip mode disengage. For more context, make sure you read them.
Be aware that you might also encounter new YES/NO prompts These prompts are tied to the heroines during this playthrough. These will be used in subsequent playthroughs for branching into heroine paths, but for now, answer NO and all of the prompts.
Chapter One:
Delusion Trigger #1: During class, Misumi Neutral
Delusion Trigger #3: Yua looks at you from across Neutral
Chapter Two:
Delusion Trigger #8: during the Phantasm Performance, while watching FESPositive
Delusion Trigger #9: Following the Phantasm performance and while playing ESO Positive
Chapter Three:
Delusion Trigger #12: Base, looking at your screen, right before Rimi’s appearance Positive
Delusion Trigger #14: Rimi talks with you in class Negative, on the school rooftop
Chapter Four:
Delusion Trigger #17: At net cafe with Yua Neutral
Delusion Trigger #18: In The Park Negative
Chapter Five:
Delusion Trigger #20: This is the first trigger in the chapter, at school Positive
Delusion Trigger #24: At the shoe lockers after school, when Rimi covers you eyes Negative
Chapter Six:
Delusion Trigger #25: Shougun enters the chat following the earthquake Positive
Delusion Trigger #28: Looking at the crowd Neutral
O-FRONT YES/NO prompts: YES, YES, NO, NO, YES.
Chapter Seven:
Delusion Trigger #30: I woke up in the hospital after talking to the nurse Negative
Delusion Trigger #34: During conversation with Sena and Kozue. Negative
Chapter Eight:
Delusion Trigger #36: Misumi, you and Misumi enter Ayase’s room in the hospital. Neutral
Delusion Trigger #37: Auase will start talking to you in her hospital room about defeating Gladiale. Negative
Chapter Nine:
Delusion Trigger #43: Nanami’s voice after speaking with Grimm Positive
Delusion Trigger #44: If you stand in front of a crowd of people, Neutral
If you’ve seen at least eleven of these scenes successfully, the game will continue to the Crying Sky Ending during chapter ten’s underground station scene.
Daydream
Once you’ve reached the Crying Sky end, restart the game to make the next choices.
Chapter One:
Delusion Trigger #1: In class, talk to Misumi Negative
Delusion Trigger #2: in the Base with Nanami
Subsequent YES/NO prompts:
- “I like big sister types more.”: NO
- “I like girls who don’t have chests.” YES
- “I have a 3D girlfriend other than you.”: NO
- “You’re adorable, I’ll admit it.”: YES

As you progress, a few Nanami-related interruptions will be scattered throughout the story. These scenes will see the skip mode disengage. For more context, make sure you read them.
The game will continue into chapter six and the Daydream ending.
Moon and Sun
Chapter One:

As you progress, you will encounter a few Yua-related intermissions throughout the story. These scenes will see the skip mode disengage. For more context, make sure you read them.
The game will eventually branch into the Sun and Moon ending in chapter seven.
A Bloody Agreement for Your Sins

Anima Archetype
Chapter One:
Delusion Trigger #1: During class, talk to Misumi Positive
Subsequent YES/NO prompts:

As you progress, there will be a few Rimi-related interruptions throughout the story. The skip mode will interrupt these scenes, which will cause it to disengage. For more context, make sure you read them.
The game will continue into the Anima Archetype, with chapter eight.
Blue Sky
When you’ve completed all other routes, “blue Sky” will unlock as a main menu option. Click it to start the true ending.
You will be presented with a series of YES/NO prompts.
