Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II – Open Beta FPS drops and Stuttering fix guide

Hello guys, I did something that at most stopped my stuttering. I don't know whether it'll work for others.
 
1. (Open Task Manager With game opened)
 
2. Go to details.
 
3. Right click Cod.exe
 
4. Select "set affinity" to select only CPUs between 0 and 3. Or, you can test different CPUs. I typically select between 4-6 CPU.
 
5. After that, you can set priority to high/realtime.
 
6. That's it.
 
 
My game dropped from constant fps drops (28-84) to stable levels (100+).
