Step by step guide to defeat 100000 enemies with Queen Sigma

How to unlock Sigma

All the collections can be unlocked to unlock Queen Sigma. It is not possible to unlock Queen Sigma's weapon and its powered-up variant [122/124].

Section PowerUp

Do not exceed Curse. I refund Luck because it increases your chance of spawning Freeze/Time Freeze.

Select Character

Also, she has incredible stats. I don't know if this is a temporary bug, but Golden Eggs don't save for next runs of this character.

Stage Selection

I chose Stage 3 with Dairy Plant and Hyper, Hurry, Arcanas. Limit Break.

RANDOMAZZO oder Arcanas

Queen Sigma can have as many as 5 arcanas in a single run. The first three levels are required to get the first 3. The first three levels are vital for this run.

Take your order:

Essential:

XIII — Wicked Season
XX — Silent Old Sanctuary
VIII — Mad Groove

Optional:
IX — Divine Bloodline
VIII — Slash

Get Leveled

In the first two level ups, find CurseandTorrona's Box. Queen Sigma has 110 rerolls. Torrona’s Box is also required to upgrade Victory Sword.

Prioritise Torrona’s box and Curse upgrades over all other items. Victory Sword or Empty Tome should be your next priority.

Then, you can pick up pa*sives

Empty Tome has a super strong S-tier.
Spinach is good
Crown is for Limit Break mostly

Optional:
Bracelet
Spellbinder
Duplicator

I haven't yet compared it to its dps, so bear with it and choose any.

Don't
Clover – Rate up for green die and Freeze is interfere AFKing

Pick 6 pa*sives and most probably max out Curse or Torrona's Box Pick Gold Ring & Metaglio Right. You can then max them all out. You can then pick stage pa*sives to level anything.

Afterword

I've killed 100000 enemies since 28:48. I went AFKing about 09:00.

Great guide!
If anyone struggles with reaching 100 000 on Diary Plant, I would recommend trying on the Inlaid Library. The library spawns more monsters on average per wave (spawn rate not taken into account), and it seems like the drop rate for the Orologion (Time Freeze) was lower as well (or maybe i just had a “lucky” run). On Diary Plant, i kept picking up an Orologion all the time while AFK-ing, even though i didn’t use an Attractorb. A way to avoid this might be to not use the Magnet upgrage, but that might reduce your leveling speed in the early stages of the run.
Otherwise the item and arcana build works excellent, and taking it to the Inlaid Library is an almost guaranteed success.
