Surviving radioactivity/steam achievement

I found this door at Sehwa Hospital's entry. I searched for tutorials or guides to help me get inside, but I couldn't find any. Here's how to get there and how to achieve the achievement.
 
 
The top of the door has green lights. These lights are for each "antenna", which we activate throughout our game. They work in a similar way to a wifi antenna. There are 10 of them.
 
 
In my case, I did it at the last save point. But if you activate all of the "antennas", then you can go earlier. We will start at the Sehwa Gym by going to the portal that takes you to the Dokkaebi Marketplace. Once there, we will take the portal that brings us to the Train Station. It is located on the lower floor. Once you are there, you will need to run up the corridor to the control room. There you will find the key to the station. We will then need to run to our right until we reach an open elevator. From there, we will be able to access the portal to the Sehwa Hospital.
 
 
Finally, to reach the bunker in sector C, you need to climb up and enter the B3/C3 entrance that leads to the ambulance exit. Run to Reception, then go down the last staircase. You will be in part B2/A2, and if you continue running to your left, you will find the underground corridor containing the Yougho Bunker.
