Mushrooms and detailed food information
There is poisonous mushrooms in game, but feature is not implemented yet, so currently it is fine to eat all mushrooms in game anyway. This probably will change later, so it may be good thing to learn which ones are poisonous.
For more information about mushrooms, instead of clicking just “Eat”, keep action button pressed and select pick. Then in inventory view, mouse over mushroom icon and press button that gives more information (default left CTRL key). This can be used also with other foods, to check nutrition values and what vitamins or minerals you will get from that one.

Poisonous mushrooms
Amanita Pantheria, Amanita Virosa, Amantia Phalloides, Psilocybe Cyanescens.

All other mushrooms should be edible even when feature is implemented to game.
Agaricus Augustus, Agaricus Campestris, Armillaria Mellea, Boletus Edulis, Cantharellus Cibarius, Coprinus Comatus, Lepiota Procera, Lycoperdon Gigantea.
