Overview

 
Using Topaz VEAI and Flowframe, I have managed to upscale the pre-rendered cutscenes of Resident Evil 5, whilst providing higher FPS option. The game limits the FPS to 120FPS. Using video converter, I have managed to convert the MP4 upscaled cutscenes to the original video codec which is WMV3/VC-1. The game only contain four total cutscenes, two of which is the logo screen and two are intro cutscenes. 
 
The game shares a lot of similarities to Resident Evil 6 in terms of playback of pre-rendered cutscenes. This is why they share the same video qualities capabilities. 
 
All of the instructions are provided within the RAR archives. Use Winrar to open them up. I have packaged the upscales to work with Fluffy’s Mod Manager for easier installation.
