*** Step 1 ***

 
in the first step you have to get a tank ! 
you can get it from army base ( if you finished the game) or you can type >>>PANZER<<< and than you can get a tank . 
type the code near the street ! it just spawn tank in the streets ! 
 
 

*** Step 2 ***

 
turn your tank gun pipe to back like the screenshot 
(default keys > NUM 4 or NUM 5) 
 
 

*** Step 3 ***

 
drive to a open field like airport for getting speed. 
(i suggest you airport , you can do it where ever you want ) 
and than type >>>COMEFLYWITHME<<< and than cheat code will activate . 
after that get in tank and drive forward and fire the gun rapidly !!! and get speed !!! 
 
 

*** Step 4 ***

 
after you get speed the tank will get Height . 
fire rapidly to get speed and than you can control your flying tank like a sea plane 
(default keys for up and down : NUM 9 and NUM 6 ) 
now you can fly everywhere without falling .
