Fixing Games for windows 10

 
Some people have a issue with games for windows 10, I had this issue too. It doesn’t install. This is how you fix it. 
 
Download this file

And then in the file explorer extract it 
 
Open the folder and run “gfwlivesetup.exe” 
 
it will finish installing you can close out after its done. 
 
Next open up fallout 3 and press play. If its just a black screen try 1 more time. If its a black screen again then options and make it windowed or dont make it 1920×1080 resolution.
