Enter the halls of knowledge which is on the left of the starting chamber. 
 
 
 
Speak with the npc who will active the tutorial. 
 
 
 
Go about it normally and pick up the two blanks in the room he instructs you to use one in. 
 
 
 
You always get the pea shooter in the tutorial but you can upgrade it with a single blank later on. 
 
 
 
In the room before you fight the npc as a boss to the left is a room with books. 
Kill all the enemies and use a blank as there’s a crack in the wall. 
Using a blank here will open a passage. 
 
 
 
Inside the room is the old knights shield and helmet. 
These two items activates a synergy for the pea shooter. 
 
 
 
New weapon 
A much bigger version of the tiny pea shooter. 
 
 
 
Ak47 
If you go to the right instead of the left and follow the path it takes you to the AK47 weapon.
