This guide will help you find the right place to go to complete the Alien Overlords – The Reality side quest. It is not easy due to the time constraints.
 

Overview

This mission requires you to listen to a radio program and interrupt callers who might expose your identity.
 
 
It can also be used for three other purposes:
 
 

• Forget about the [first] caller
• Brain Extract on the [second] calling party
• Eliminate the last caller

 
 
 

First and second callers

First Caller – Soho

 
The first caller is located at Soho. Shama and the radio host will talk, and then the first caller dials in to the radio program. As soon as the radio station starts, you can get over there. You don’t have to wait until the "Find first caller” objective appears.
 
 
Cross the bridge, walk through the buildings and find the red phone booth with first caller. Forget about him to reach the optional objective.

Parliament – Second Caller

 
The second caller can be found directly in front of Parliament building. After completing your objective for the first caller you should move towards this caller. I was able move from the first to second caller by following the road. But, cutting corners is always a good thing.
 
 
Turn west and continue on the road north of the first phone caller. Cross the bridge, and make your first right in front of Parliament Building.

Third Caller

Third Caller – Hyde Park

 
This caller has no time limit. Get ready for chaos as you make your way towards Hyde Park. You will not only need to kill the last caller, but also destroy the spores.

Before you destroy the spores I recommend that the last caller be killed. Use any method to eliminate them
 
 
You'll need to face hordes after humans, as well as the spores. This was easier for me because I managed to lure the people away from the containers and kill them before killing the spores. If the spores turn into humans, you will need to use your an*l probe. It's chaotic, so you can run away to let the shield charge up.
 
 
When you've destroyed all the spores, your mission will be complete. Good luck, you can do it!
