This achievement is accessible closer to the end of Chapter 5, Part 3. This will be after Keiji has gone looking for Kumiko and R-ne and discovered them riding the Underlings like horses. A certainly interesting scene. More importantly, this achievement is tied to the backstory of Shino’s childhood sickness.
 
 

 
 

 
Lily and Yunie have formed a theory about what saved Shino, but the cast descends deeper into the ship to verify it. Yunie is the one to suggest a lengthy explanation and you’ll be faced with what I believe is the only choice option to be featured in the entirety of the 3 volumes.
 
 

 
 

 
 
To get the achievement, you’ll need to select “Let’s hear it then.” option. This will allow Yunie to explain in full about the S.S. Felidae’s “CATS” Device. Read or Skip your way through the explanation and you’ll be awarded with the ‘A’ For Effort Achievement.
