Jim and Flint are one of the characters in Colt Canyon. To unlock them you need to tame a friendly dog by throwing a stick and having it retrieve it for you.
 
 
 

Where to do it

Seed 94EA70EAA has both a friendly dog and a stick right at the beginning of the first level. Avoid detection from enemies to keep the dog from running away immediately. Pick up the stick and throw it without hitting anything and wait for the dog to retrieve it for you.
