Campaign
Following Achievements are unlocked for playing the 5 missions of the campaign/tutorial

Traits (Part 1)
For all the traits you have to fulfill the requirement and then finish the run by reaching the Eye.

Explore all tiles of a halt |
Chameleon | Pass through a halt which requires a specific trade | ||
Levitation | Pass through a Sacred Lake halt | Optimizer* | Skip a halt** | *The trait is called Planner in game **I am unsure if it can be any halt or if it has to be the one before the Eye. After reaching a halt, immediately go to the next one. It is possible to go the last halt, check what is required for the Eye and then undo your turn to be back at the previous halt |

Traits (Part 3)

Reach the Eye with a pupil which has either the trait Frail or Sturdy | ||
Maximus | Reach the Eye with a pupil which has 2 negative traits | Minus | Reach the Eye without any pupil taking damage | Be careful with any Vagaries If you have unlocked the Puny trait then avoid recruiting more pupils |
Immortal | Reach the Eye with a pupil with 10 HP or less | The trait Minus sets the max HP for the pupil to 1 and works for this | Hypochondriac Resistant* Weak |
Reach the Eye with a sick pupil | *The trait is called Tough in game Make one of your pupils sick with a Vagary and then move to the Eye |
Nanny | Reach the Eye with 3 more pupils than you started with | Pathfinder | Reach the eye with every MP trade bonus unlocked by at least one pupil | Unlocking this should be ideally done with the trait Passionate/Versatile. The bonuses in red have to be unlocked. The one in purple I am unsure about as it gives a form of movement bonus, but not related to MP |
Passionate Versatile |
Reach the Eye with every trade being maxed by at least one pupil | Unlocking this should be ideally done with the trait Pathfinder. I recommend the Southern Tribe with a long journey. Try to maximize your XP. Pupils get the same amount of XP for each Harvest no matter how much they harvest. Avoid taking bonuses which increase how much your pupils harvest and take preservation bonuses, so they can work longer. Working in an aura also allows working longer. A tier 3 Council Knowledge gives 100 XP for every minor Vagary Remains and Sacred Sites can also give XP |
Expert | Bring every trade bonus to the Eye. | This is the only trait which can be done in multiple runs. You can check your progress from the main menu |
