I recommend the Southern Tribe with a long journey.
 
 
 
Try to maximize your XP. Pupils get the same amount of XP for each Harvest no matter how much they harvest.
 
 
 
Avoid taking bonuses which increase how much your pupils harvest and take preservation bonuses, so they can work longer. Working in an aura also allows working longer.
 
 
 
A tier 3 Council Knowledge gives 100 XP for every minor Vagary
 
 
 
Remains and Sacred Sites can also give XP
As Far As The Eye All Achievements Unlocked Playthrough - Traits (Part 3) - 77FEA2E Expert Bring every trade bonus to the Eye. This is the only trait which can be done in multiple runs.
