Turbo Dismount Some tips on hard Achievements

Place Turbo Pads on all Obstacles and get Mr Dismount and Squealer. Choose the 3rd pose on top of the vehicle. It takes few times but you should get stuck at the back with the spoiler and fly off. 
 
 

Bluesmobile, Disintegration, French Revolution, Paul Bunyan and On a Mission from God.

 
Get a workshop level Giant Palm Tree Explosion, you can also complete Adventurous Mind playing this. Bluesmobile is easiest but French Revolution is the longest one to do but its ok since you have to replay the map multiple times to do On a Mission from God and remember to do vehicles multiple times to be sure. Old Creakys wooden boards also break so make sure to check. Pink Lightning, Red Hot Engine, Mall Racer, Street Slider, Boss Throne, Jugger and Whiplash are the only vehicles that cannot be destroyed. No idea how Paul Bunyan also works but it did for me. Disintegration takes multiple tries.

Get a workshop level Mine Skydive Mini, you can also complete Adventurous Mind playing this. You can basically choose any vehicle but Red Hot Engine worked for me. Its pretty easy and is done with first try.
