This guide describes a quick way to get both Good Ending and Bad Ending via the same save, starting from Chapter 4 : Dave’s place. In fact, both endings are triggered by the action of crafting or not the Love Potion (FORMULA B-02H). Hence why, your choices in the game do not prevent you from getting one or the other.
 
 

DAD ? – GOOD ENDING

 
Dad?
 
Good Ending.
 
 
Exit the GUEST ROOM.
 
 
Enter the CREATION ROOM.
 
Go to the CHEMISTRY BENCH.
 
Pick up FORMULA A-01G (blue potion).
 
Click on the books and get the YELLOW KEYCARD.
 
 
Enter the BATHROOM.
 
Click on the toilets and get the RED KEYCARD.
 
 
Go downstairs. Enter DINING ROOM.
 
Click on the drawer and get the BLUE KEYCARD.
 
Click on the WORKBENCH and get the RUBY from the MICROWAVE.
 
 
Go upstairs. Put the RUBY on the statue.
 
Go down the secret hatch.
 
Use the KEYCARDS on the key panel to unlock the door :
 
First Yellow, then Blue, then Red. Combine Yellow and Blue to create the GREEN KEYCARD.
 
 
—> Dave is not in the room. <—
 
Use the FORMULA A-01G (blue potion) on the Control Panel :
 
 

 
It will create FORMULA B-02H (the Love Potion) :
 
 

 
Betray Dave and give him the red potion when prompted to.
 
 
Say hi to Dad.
 
 

 
 
 

MOM ? – BAD ENDING

 
Mom?
 
Bad Ending.
 
 
Exit the GUEST ROOM.
 
 
Enter the CREATION ROOM.
 
Click on the books and get the YELLOW KEYCARD.
 
—> IGNORE the CHEMISTRY BENCH. <—
 
 
Enter the BATHROOM.
 
Click on the toilets and get the RED KEYCARD.
 
 
Go downstairs. Enter DINING ROOM.
 
Click on the drawer and get the BLUE KEYCARD.
 
Click on the WORKBENCH and get the RUBY from the MICROWAVE.
 
 
Go upstairs. Put the RUBY on the statue.

Dave will ask you to fetch the FORMULA A-01G from his CHEMISTRY BENCH.
