It is very easy to increase the FOV in bioshock 2, multiplayer.
 

Step 1

Steam Launches Bioshock 2.
 
Like this picture, get to the Bioshock2 Main screen

Select Options, Graphics Options, and Graphics Resolution. Then, choose 1280 x 1024.
 
 
-This resolution increases your FOV A LOT, but it lowers quality.
 
 
-However, if your NVIDIA geforce card has the fov fix, there are ways to make it look stunning. I will be showing you how in the next steps. NOTE: I don't have AMD graphics but there is probably a way.
 
 
 

Step 2 (, if you have NVIDIA N17Y

Now that you have the fov fix it's time to make your game look amazing if you have NVIDIA graphics.
 
 
Firstly, close Bioshock2 Multiplayer.
 
Next, visit steam to launch the game. But don't launch it.
 
On the right side should be a settings icon. Select settings, properties, General, and then a blank box titled Launch options. Type "-dx9".
 
 

 
 
This makes the game look really nice, but the fov resolution (and the dx9) don't mix well. Step 4 is required to combine the two.
 
 
 

Step 3

The fourth and final stage.
 
Get to your PC homescreen
 
Open the NVIDIA Control Panel by going to the bottom of your computer's main screen.
 
Look to the left side for "Adjust Desktop Size and Position"
 
 

 
Switch to Full-screen scaling mode and check the box stating "Override scaling mode set up by games".
