The Fix
Copy everything from “C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX\Common” and dump them directly into your Way of the Samurai 4 game directory.
This requires PhysX to be installed already, so if you don’t have it, then search for “PhysX” and download it from Nvidia’s site.
