Gameplay and unlock gallery

Even though this game says full controller support, it’s not up to date and you might experience some difficulty using most new gen controllers.
 
I have a switch pro controller and it doesn’t support my controller at all.
 
(Had to make some slight adjustments, to make it recognise my controller.)

Unlock Gallery
 
Players can unlock the gallery containing all animations from the main menu screen. On the keyboard, press:
 
• up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, b, a (No caps, all keys)
 
 
You can do this in the main menu.
 
Cons – MC will be disappointed in you (literally)
 
 
Game mechanics
 
For inexperience players, this game doesn’t share much information about the game mechanics. I spent a few minutes into the game wondering, how I’m supposed to use Arts or Magic.
 
 
To use Magic (you must find the Magic orb/crystal first.)
 
– press start/pause button
 
– skill setting
 
– under “Magic”, set magic spells by pressing left or right
 
– you can set up to 4 magic spells
 
To use Arts (you must find the Arts orb/crystal first.)
 
– press start/pause button
 
– skill setting
 
– under “Arts”, set Arts by pressing left or right
 
– you can set up to 4 arts
 
 
Skill Items (you must find the skill items first.)
 
1) Illusion dance – allows you to back dash, LB.
 
2) White snake scale – allows you to slide, down + dash.
 
3) Waterfowl feather – allows you to double jump.
 
 
Status settings
 
*How to get status points
 
Acquire blue orbs (you must find them)/ game over and proceed to respawn at save point.
 
– Increase/decrease stats by pressing left or right under Status Points.
 
 
*Magic levels and Arts Level can only be levelled up by getting Magic level orbs and Arts level orbs.
 
 
Once you clear a boss, you will unlock the monster gallery for that specific map.
 
 
Personal notes
 
I recommend having this Magic skill called “Holy water” for boss battles, its close range but you unleash a ton of damage in exchange of your entire SP. Downside for this, you have to keep dodging and wait for SP to recharge. (My Skill Point was at 500 with Attack Point at 1.)
 
Final boss and castle bosses can be taken down easily with Holy water strat. (usually 2-3 hits for bosses, Final Boss needed 5-6 hits)
 
P.S. I spent 1-2 hours on this game and managed to beat the final boss too. Its beatable with its unique stat point system, by dying over and repeating with an additional bonus stat point upgrade.
