How to get the Speed Run Achievement in The Stanley Parable

Gameplay and Explanation

To get this achievement, you first need to prepare the boss’s office by running through the game twice, both times typing “2845” into the keypad before the narrator has a chance to finish talking. After this he’ll give up and open the door for you immediately as you enter.

You’ll also notice I have a bit of a different path at the start. You get this shorter path by restarting the run like you see me do at the start of the video until you get the path spawn directly to the two doors.

The last strat to get a good time is jumping onto the bridges in the mind control facility rather than waiting for the gates to open (just don’t fall off the second rail like I did and had to take the gate anyway).

You may notice I also got the “Unachievable” achievement in this run. This is completely random and I’m surprised I got it. The only way to guarantee that achievement is through a console command you can find online.
