Open GameUserSettings.ini file, it’s located:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Prospect\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

For sensitivity change this from false to true and then set each sensitivity for each zoom level

m_usePerScopeSensitivity=True

To enable kill indicators find

m_showKillIndicator=True
