New Secret Seed

Open the menu for creating the world and in the seed field, enter “The Constant” or “Constant”
 
The rest of the settings are at the discretion of the player.

New seed mechanics

Hunger

 
Let’s start with hunger.
 
There are 3 hunger buffs.
 

Got hungry

 
“You can eat, but it’s not so bad.”
 
Nothing bad happens. Just is and that’s it
 
Duration ~ 10 minutes.
 

Hungry

 
“You have severe hunger and weakness.”
 
Attack power drops. ~ 3%
 
Defense drops ~ 5%
 
Duration ~ 6 minutes.
 

Dies of hunger

 
“You are dying of hunger! Eat immediately!”
 
Attack power drops by 5%.
 
Defense drops by 5%.
 
Damage is dealt 10 units per second.
 
Lasts until the player dies or eats.

Darkness

 
Now, when you are in the dark for some time, you will start taking damage in the amount of 50 units every second. This damage is affected by armor indicators, so with good equipment, you can reduce the damage to 1.
 

Other

 
Also, the player now takes 5-7 damage from cacti. Armor also affects damage.
 
So far I have not noticed anything else from the mechanic.
 
Bonfires and torches are now extinguished in the rain.
 
Marble and spider dens appear on the surface.
 
 
 

New boss “Deerclops”

Deerclops

 

 
The Deerclops is a pre-Hardmode boss. It is encountered in the Snow biome, either after summoning it using a Deer Thing or naturally at midnight during a Blizzard.
