Reforging allows you to re-roll the bonus stat on an item, for a fee.
 
Here are as many possible outcomes as I’ve found, this is a growing list.
 
The stats found in any section may not be limited to it.
 
 
 

Reforging > Armor

Armor

Clever	Flat increase to intelligence.
Strong	Flat increase to might.
Fit	Flat increase to vitality.
Quick	Flat increase to dexterity.
Thoughtful	Flat increase to recovery, i.e your hp/mp regen-per-turn.
Hefty	Percent increase to this piece’s armor value, in exchange for -1 movement score.
Reinforced	10% increase to this item’s armor value.
Mortician’s	Percent increase to the HP of summoned units.

Weapon

Event outcomes are voted onto one member by the party, ties are decided by random. The voted member will be given the choice of outcome.
