He uses lots of buffs and gets sad if he is debuffed but also uses actions to remove them, outside of agility debuffs which reduce him to +1 agility. Dekaja is good which is why i suggest skull to beat the angry skeleton 
 
 
but you can find other sources, its also worth noting that matador doesn’t remove buffs so thats a viable strategy.
