Scrap Mechanic bug blocks using wrong texture
If you’re making a mod, AVOID TILING:8 ON YOUR BLOCKS!
If you’re making a Mod, AVOID USING TILING:8 ON YOUR BLOCKS!!
Modded blocks with tiling 8 get messed up if you have a certain amount of them (the max amount seems to be 6, every other block with tiling 8 after that gets the wrong texture, usually from vanilla game, such as wood or concrete)

so for example:
mod 1 adds 4 blocks with tiling 8 and mod 2 adds 5 blocks with tiling 8, mod 1 is selected first and mod 2 is selected 2nd
all mod 1 blocks will be fine, but from mod 2 only the first 2 blocks will be fine, the other 3 blocks will take textures of wood, concrete, etc instead
a mod has 7 blocks with tiling 8
the first 6 blocks will be fine, the last one will have the wrong texture
another thing to note is that the textures seem to be bugging out on those blocks above the ‘limit’
(like in the gif)
How to fix:
Duplicate your texture (set the resolution 2x and paste your texture 4 times in all 4 quadrants of the image)
Multiply your Tiling by 2 (8 —> 16)
Original Texture (affected by the bug and WILL break ingame)
FIXED Texture (will look the same as the base texture was meant to, but won’t be affected by the bug!)
