Before You Start

 
Before you start, you would need to have 2 artifacts enabled. Which are: 
 
 
 
Artifact of Command (which lets you choose your own items) 
 
 
 
Artifact of Sacrifice (which allows monsters to drop items on death, but no chest spawns)

Step 1: Set-up

 

To afk farm, you would need these specific items

 

 
 
 
riskofrain2.fandom.com – https://riskofrain2.fandom.com/wiki/Topaz_Brooch killing enemies grant you a barrier which maxes out at equal to 100% of your total health (basically 2 times your health). (I usually just have 4) 
 
 
 
riskofrain2.fandom.com – https://riskofrain2.fandom.com/wiki/Crowbar grants an additional 75% damage (+75% per stack) when attacking any enemy or boss at or above 90% health. (grab enough to one shot most enemies, or even a teleporter boss) 
 
 
 
riskofrain2.fandom.com – https://riskofrain2.fandom.com/wiki/Jade_Elephant grants 500 Armor for 5 seconds, effectively giving the player 83.33% dmg reduction while active. 
 
 
 
riskofrain2.fandom.com – https://riskofrain2.fandom.com/wiki/Razorwire when damage is taken, the item will attack up to 5 (+2 per stack) targets in a 25m (+10 per stack) that deal 160% damage. (Can also be activated by self-damaging means) (Invincibility or items such as riskofrain2.fandom.com – https://riskofrain2.fandom.com/wiki/Tougher_Times that blocks dmg will not proc Razorwire). 
 
 
 
riskofrain2.fandom.com – https://riskofrain2.fandom.com/wiki/Fuel_Cell grants an additional equipment charge per stack and also reduces the cooldown time by 15% (per stack). 
 
 
 
riskofrain2.fandom.com – https://riskofrain2.fandom.com/wiki/Gesture_of_the_Drowned reduces the cooldown time of equipments initially by half (reduces it less as you stack more), but automatically activates it upon being ready. 
(You would need to finish the challenge/achievement riskofrain2.fandom.com – https://riskofrain2.fandom.com/wiki/The_Demons_And_The_Crabs to unlock the item. Quick easy quide to get dem crabs is to grab some fuel cells and the black hole and send them off the cliff) 
 
So the plan here is to get as many Fuel Cells and/or Gesture of the Drowned until your equipment cooldown time is basically non-existent. 
(Check the Wiki for stats and info) (also need at least 1 Gesture of the Drowned)

Step Dos: Void Field

 
Head to the riskofrain2.fandom.com – https://riskofrain2.fandom.com/wiki/Void_Fields (preferably after stage 6 or later) which is located in the near bottom of the pit in a wall in riskofrain2.fandom.com – https://riskofrain2.fandom.com/wiki/Bazaar_Between_Time 
 
 

Final Step: Go take a Nap

 
Now you just have to finish 8/9 of the cells and then stand outside the charging zone. The “suffocation” of the Void Field (and the monsters) will dmg you which will proc the Razorwires- killing everything that spawns. Now just relax and take a nap as items pile up and eventually lag your game to death.
