This guide will help you get the ABATTOIR achievement (2000 kills) quickly. Make sure you have the DLCs for Risen 3 or the file may not load properly.
 
 

Step 1: Download the save

Step 2: Find your Saved Games folder

The default directory for your Risen 3 save files on PC should look like this:
 
 
C:\Users\insert PC name\Saved Games\Risen3\SaveGames
 
 
Copy and paste the file you downloaded on Step 1 in this directory.
 
 
 

Step 3: Load the game

Launch Risen 3 on Steam and load the save file you just transferred.
 
 
When the game loads, press F5 to make this your most recent quicksave. This will make things easier later on.
 
 
Your character will be on the Isle of Thieves, surrounded by FOUR goblins.
 
 
The SHOCKWAVE spell is bound to “2” on your keyboard.
 
 
Right after the save file loads, quickly press “2” to activate the spell. The four goblins should die immediately.
 
 
Press F9 to quickload. Keep smashing that “2” key while the game loads.
 
 
Rinse and repeat until you get 2000 kills.
 
 
The game records your progress after every kill even if you use different save files. So you can just keep a copy of this quicksave and load it whenever you’re ready to grind for the achievement. And unlike Risen 2, your achievement progress does not reset when you quit the game
