Just select this mode and put in the first person mode, that its more easy to see the traffic in the truck that you will drive. 
 
 
 
Now just drive above 100Km/h and make the best high score, if you need to leave the mode to see how much you’ve earned you just need to stop the truck and let the bomb explode.

The second way to earn money is playing the time attack mode 
 
 
 
In this mode if you do not have any car i recommend this car, its your first car and one of the best cars in the game. 
 
 
 
Then you can select any map or difficulty and just play all the 100 seconds on the mode and see how much you can earn. 
 
 

3 – Last ways to earn money

 
And at the last, the one and two way modes, note in this mode you need to drive more and with more care than the other two ways that i listed, but also you can earn a good amount of money too making a higher score.
